We are looking for an IT Project & Delivery Manager (m/f/d) on a mandate basis.

Our client combines Swiss management excellence with the dynamic IT talent pool of Mauritius. Responsibilities

• Independent management of dedicated teams as well as oversight and coordination of fixed-price projects
• Contribution to Advisory Services and Consulting activities
• Acting as an interface between our Key Account Managers and our development teams in Mauritius
• Providing professional consulting to clients and actively contributing to product development
• Driving project communication and project marketing
• Identifying opportunities for additional business

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
• Proven experience in IT project management and leading software projects
• Familiarity with agile software development methods (e.g., Scrum)
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Programming knowledge is a plus
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level); French is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Innovative, flexible, a team player, and resilient
